This document is being provided to you in line with our obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into force on 25 May 2018. From that date, the GDPR, together with applicable Irish requirements, has amended existing data protection law and placed enhanced accountability and transparency obligations on organisations when using your information. The GDPR has also introduced changes which give you greater control over your personal information.

Jordan Agri Services are fully GDPR compliant which means you can rest assured that we will never share your personal data with a third party for marketing or any other purpose without your permission. The only information that we will store internally will be that required to maintain your account  (i.e. name, address, telephone number, eircode etc.) or to comply with Department of Agriculture regulations.

As we have done in the past Jordan Agri Services will continue to keep you up to date of events, offers and company news via email or text message where applicable.
